Nutritional Awareness
Beverly loves food. Her nutritional expertise and awareness of where our food comes from is the cornerstone of the nutritional aspect of her coaching. It's important to her the we support farmers who respect the land and animals God gave us. She believes in the power of nourishing foods to fuel the body, balance mood, reduce inflammation and satisfy cravings. In a home with a mix of Italian, Lebanese, Jewish and German blood, her recipes are soulful and rooted in culture and flavor. She's committed to helping her clients learn how to make healthier choices and cultivate a positive relationship with food.
